Door & Window
-Repaint the ones that reusable & fix it back

1st June
At the day we decide to go the the site at 9 in the morning and we manage to arrive at the site at around 10 am. After we arrive and see it we realize that the site is very dirty so we need to clean it up first. The first thing that i did was remove all the books and also the drawer that they had because it need to be remove beside that i also helped to remove the floor mat. and its take around 3 hours to complete it. Because i'm responsible for the interior door and window so we clean it first with the scrub and broom with the cleansing liquid. But it's not that easy the dirt is so thick so we need much time to make it totally clean as u can see at the photos beside, from my group only me and Caroline that were going for the 1st phase. At the end we manage to clean all the window and the door around 2 pm. After that we took 20 minutes break to eat and rest and continue to work from 2 30 pm until 6 we manage to do the window and door coating and we also help to coating the wall. At that day there was an accident which is 1 of the window was broken so we took several photos of the measurement to replace it with the new piece of wood. we manage to reach taylor's university at 7 30 pm.
14 June
This is the day before the phase 2 go to the site at that day Silviena and Stella already bought the cork board so they start to cut it because it is in A1 size while I and Caroline go to the mall and buy the paint roller and paint tray while my other friend, Sylvia fine the rest of the 5 side lock that we needed. We also brief Stella and Silviena what they need to do in order to complete the task. That day me and my friend also went to the carpenter to asked for the leftover wood that can we use to replace the broken part of the window and ask for the better solution. Luckily we get the leftover wood and its in good condition.

15 June
I was being call by Stella because see want to make sure about the placing of the lock because we make changes about the playing for the side lock. When I see on the site it's was unexpected that the side that we want tio place the lock is cannot be place their due to the wood frame curve.

The result they manage to complete to paint all the window and apply some of the side lock and also fixing the broken window
22 June
Launching Day
Previous my group that went for phase 2 didn't complete the task so, me and some of the member need to come again to finish all the leftover task.

21 June
The day before we go to the site we really need to make sure that everything that we need to complete the task is ready. At that day we had some problem all our things were on JV car's and he had the trip so at the end we need to take it from their parents. That day at 3 pm it's raining and we need to grab delivery the things that we need for tommorrow but no one would take it because the distance is to far and also it's raining. At the end we decide to book grab car and ask the driver if he want to delivery only the item without instead of person and he ask for extra 10 RM. We decide to accept the offer because we had no time. All of the things was delivered to my place and i receive it at 5 15 pm.

22 June (The day)
I and Stella decided to went there ealier because we still had many things to do we depart from our school at 8 45 am and we arrived at the site at 10 am due to the rain. As we arrived there we took out all of the thing and we decided to done the cork board first we cut all of the cork board to the right size and also glue it to the window and we realize all the lock was place wrongly. Because the rest of my group still not yet go to the site we manage to call them and asked them to bring few things that we think can help to finish up our works like bring extra screw driver. The rest of our group arrive at 11 pm and we rushup to took out all the lock that been placed wrong and also ask the other member to apply all the upper lock first. The launching start at 2 pm and as expected we didn't finish all our job but we manage to apply all the upper lock make the hole and reamove all of the side lock and place it in the right side but still we need to make a hole. So after the launching ceremony was done we continue our work because its nearly done. Around 4 pm I and Stella decided to go home.

Conclussion
From this activity i learn much about how to work on site. Before i never use any drill and such things but from this activity i can did many things that i never do before beside i really learn how to be responsible even though when i went for the phase 1 there were many problems and even though only 2 people that need to finish cleaning and coating we manage to done our job well by not taking much break and work without having break to see my phone to finish the job. It's make me turn into a better person and more care to our community .
